Digigirl Wedding help guide was invited to attend an amazing and exquisite event this weekend. The Absolute Collection hosted their first ever Absolute Table. The day was coordinated for networking and celebrating the Absolute collection and their accomplishments. The guests who attended was out and about in their black and white cocktail wear. It was a coldish day, but that never stopped the Absolute team to display all their magic and bedazzle us. The venue, the Café de Noir at the Brenaissance Wine Estate in Stellenbosch set the mood for tranquillity and captured the essence of pure beauty.

Upon arrival there was welcoming drinks of Lemon crushers and Martini’s with a kick. You could have opted for some Champaign to chill and work your way around, either way you were transported into a fantasy world with good food and excellent drinks. The activity for the day was wine tasting. We embarked on an adventure tantalising your taste buds. Tom Breytenbach, owner of the Brenaissance Wine Estate, acted as our tour guide on a trip to explore the three famous wines produced on the magnificent farm. The Chardonnay, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc accentuated by Biltong pizza, Chocolate and caramel fudge was the ultimate journey of decadent taste. A feast of Pizza slices were served by the friendly staff of the Café de Noir .Mouth-watering elation filled the entire venue as we partook in the pizzas, wine and dug into dessert.

There was a variety of eye catching displays from the candy displays to the photo booth, we were definitely spoiled. The décor was simple and yet brought a mood of relaxation and intimacy. They consisted of orchid centre pieces and vases with white candles to set warmth to the environment and some Proteas in tall vases added contrast to the softness of the floating candle. The décor alternated from table to table, giving the eye space to move about the room.
